Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX company, is seeking an RMA Service Operator to manage end-to-end returns and repairs in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will collaborate with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient processing and timely updates.

Key duties include handling RMA requests, warranty checks, repair coordination, documentation, and accurate shipping tasks. A proactive, detail-oriented, and communicative teammate is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and administrative tasks.
• A proactive team player with a hands‑on mentality.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process RMA and repair requests from start to finish.
• Verify warranty status and obtain vendor approvals.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate quotes to customers.
• Track RMA cases and maintain accurate records.
• Provide updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Receive, inspect, pick, pack, and ship products.
• Support warehouse and logistics activities as required.
