Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX company, is seeking an RMA Service Operator to support the return and repair process in a dynamic warehouse environment.

You will work with customers, vendors and colleagues to ensure products are processed, repaired, and returned efficiently while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in Dutch and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with computer systems and administrative tasks.
• Proactive, hands-on team player.
• Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Experience in RMA, service operations, logistics or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Reach truck certificate is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process RMA and repair requests from start to finish.
• Verify warranty status and obtain vendor approvals.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate quotes to customers.
• Track RMA cases and maintain accurate records.
• Provide updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Receive, inspect, pick, pack, and ship products.
• Support warehouse and logistics activities as required.

Job Purpose
