Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an RMA/RTV Coordinator to work closely with multiple departments to expedite customer requests and ensure timely processing. The role focuses on RTV handling from receipt to shipment and updating inventory accurately.

The position is based in the Netherlands, specifically ’s-Hertogenbosch, and requires attention to detail, good communication, and team collaboration to meet tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred.
• At least 1 years’ experience in electronics or computer industry as material handler preferred.
• Excellent in written, interpersonal communications and organization skills.
• Detail oriented and good time management.
• Multi-tasking with effective decision making.
• Independent person and also a strong team player.
• Proficient with MS office.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and receiving the RTV products from customers and internal departments.
• Processing RTV products in RMA Service System.
• Packaging and shipping coordination of incoming and outgoing RMA parts.
• Transferring the RTV products returned by the vendor to designated locations.
• Updating the inventory on RTV postings for shipping and receiving of RTV products.
