Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an RMA/RTV Coordinator to collaborate with all related departments and expedite customer requests daily. You will follow work instructions to ensure tasks are completed on tight schedules and maintain accurate RTV records.

The role requires at least an AA degree or equivalent experience, with 1 year in electronics or computer industry preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review RTV products from customers and internal departments.

• Coordinate packaging and shipping of incoming/outgoing RTV parts.
• Transfer RTV products returned by the vendor to designated locations.
• Update inventory on RTV postings for shipping and receiving.

Supermicro is looking for an RMA / RTV (return to vendor) Coordinator who can work closely with all related departments to expedite customer requests on a daily basis. Also need to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Reviewing and receiving the RTV products from customers and internal departments.
• Processing RTV products in RMA Service System.
• Packaging and shipping coordination of incoming and outgoing RMA parts.
• Transferring the RTV products returned by the vendor to designated locations.
• Updating the inventory on RTV postings for shipping and receiving of RTV products.
