Job summary

Masimo Corporation is seeking an RMA Associate to manage returns from intake through despatch, ensuring compliant quarantine and accurate ERP documentation. You will coordinate with Global Technical Services and Customer Service to close documentation gaps and process credits or repairs.

The role requires experience with ERP/WMS (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Infor), strong data entry, and familiarity with FDA/ISO 13485 guidelines. Physical work includes pallet handling and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in reverse logistics/warehouse/materials with serial/lot-controlled product.
• ERP/WMS experience (e.g., SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Infor); comfortable across multiple databases.
• Familiarity with decontamination SOPs, FDA/ISO 13485 basics, SOX for inventory controls.
• Accurate data entry and documentation per SOPs; basic Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, decontaminate and segregate returns by category; log and prioritize ~15–20 pallets/week.
• Identify, quarantine field recalls per FDA-guided procedures and maintain traceability.
• Resolve documentation gaps with Global Technical Services and Customer Service; log notes.
• Process return transactions across ERP databases; determine routing (repair, credits, RTV, etc.).
• Check warranty status and apply correct service fees by product family.
• Participate in physical inventories and reconcile variances to protect inventory accuracy.
