Job summary

Supermicro is looking for an RMA / RTV (return to vendor) Coordinator who can work closely with all related departments to expedite customer requests on a daily basis. Also need to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules.

Responsibilities include reviewing and receiving RTV products, processing them in the RMA Service System, coordinating packaging and shipping of RTV parts, transferring RTV products back to designated locations, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred.
• At least 1 years’ experience in electronics or computer industry as material handler preferred.
• Excellent in written, interpersonal communications and organization skills.
• Detail oriented and good time management.
• Multi-tasking with effective decision making.
• Independent person and also a strong team player.
• Proficient with MS office.
