Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service tasks including issuing RMAs and processing orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Verify warranties and manage parts fulfillment and repair charges.
• Provide order confirmations and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Investigate customer complaints and drive timely resolutions.
• Manage customer escalations with internal teams for solutions.
• Set realistic expectations and monitor backlog to meet schedules.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments as required.
