Qualifications

• 3+ years in system troubleshooting or repair.
• Basic knowledge of PC, server hardware and operation.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong attention to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect, and troubleshoot products from the assembly line.
• Assist engineers to diagnose root causes of failures.
• Execute ECO, BIOS, and firmware upgrades.
