Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Nijmegen operates a state-of-the-art Package Innovation lab focused on dielectric testing and RF/mmWave measurement. You will manage all lab equipment, calibrations, and vendor relations, ensuring readiness for audits and day-to-day operations.

The role requires a BSc in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience, with strong English communication and hands-on expertise in lab tools, RF testing, and data processing.

Qualifications

• BSc in Electronic Engineering or relevant experience.
• Affinity with tools and hardware in electronics lab environment.
• Strong skills in software development, data processing, and computer engineering.
• Team player with international, multi-disciplinary collaboration.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Keep labs and equipment operational, calibrated, and maintained with vendors.
• Own lab inventory and coordinate purchases and quotations.
• Train and guide other engineers in the lab.
• Maintain stock/supply of general components and support audits.
• Perform RF-related measurements with probe stations, resonators, and VNA setups (>100 GHz).
