Job summary

USG Engineering is looking for a Senior Test Engineer in Eindhoven, Netherlands. You will design and implement production test set-ups for high-volume mass production, manage the Industrial Test Facility development, and ensure alignment with cost and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in semiconductor testing, strong C++ and VBA programming skills, and business-fluent English. This role involves working in diverse, multi-disciplinary environments while keeping testing strategies innovative and effective.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor industrial testing, including RF testing.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and VBA; LabVIEW experience is a plus.
• At least 5 years working in multi-site, multi-disciplinary environments.
• 1–3 years experience with RF PCB design.
• Business-fluent English skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design and implementation of production test set-up.
• Finalize product test strategy ensuring alignment with cost and quality.
• Manage the development of the Industrial Test Facility.
• Define required hardware and write test software.
• Release ITF for production at Asia Pacific sites.
• Develop and keep innovative test strategies up-to-date.
