Job summary

Tebi is seeking a hands-on GTM Systems & Tools Analyst to support Sales, Account Management and Onboarding across multiple countries. You will turn operational problems into solutions, improve HubSpot and Vitally usage, and document workflows so teams scale confidently.

You’ll partner with the Data team and commercial leaders to connect backend data, design automation, and build reliable processes that accelerate merchant onboarding and revenue growth in a fast-growing hospitality tech company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps or GTM systems, or related roles.
• Deep hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, reporting and integrations.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse familiarity.
• Experience building automation used daily by sales/AM teams.
• Ability to map messy processes to practical solutions and drive adoption.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration between sales, onboarding and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure HubSpot workflows, properties and reporting across sales lifecycle.
• Connect meeting outcomes to HubSpot fields to automate data capture.
• Build prospect lists and enrichment workflows to save reps time.
• Document system logic and decisions for scalable maintenance.
• Work with Data to bring data from backend into HubSpot and Vitally.
