Job summary

ML6 is seeking a seasoned CRM/marketing operations lead to own Hubspot, synthesize data into actionable insights, and automate commercial workflows. You will connect tools via APIs, introduce AI-driven enrichment, and shape scalable ways of working across Sales, Marketing, and Ops in a growth-focused tech environment.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, 5+ years of related experience, and deep CRM/tool proficiency, with English as the primary business language.

Qualifications

• A degree in business, economics, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Marketing Performance/Automation, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations in tech/consulting.
• Extensive CRM experience, especially Hubspot, plus related marketing tools.
• Ability to connect systems via APIs/webhooks and use automation tools.
• Strong stakeholder management with clear, concise insight communication.

Responsibilities

• Own Hubspot end-to-end: structure, pipelines, lifecycle, routing and data rules.
• Provide a clear, reliable Lead view for consistent performance metrics.
• Turn commercial data into actionable insights to guide targets.
• Automate repetitive commercial processes and integrate tools via APIs.
• Make LLM tooling part of the stack: AI enrichment and reporting.
• Design and promote new ways of working and drive adoption.
