Job summary

Tebi is seeking an onboarding operations specialist to help hospitality partners implement and adopt the Tebi platform. You will train restaurant teams, connect workflows, and guide go-live execution to ensure success.

In this role you will communicate with merchants, manage onboarding projects, and identify improvements across processes and materials to scale our hospitality solution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality or early startup operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant onboarding: train, connect and implement with the restaurant team
• Problem-solve for merchants during live operations
• Support restaurants during the first month after go-live
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
• Escalate product gaps to product/engineering teams
