Job summary

MRIGuidance, a Utrecht-based company, is seeking a Junior RevOps Specialist to join its commercial team. You’ll manage the CRM, support campaign analytics, and align marketing and sales funnels to accelerate BoneMRI adoption across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Masters degree MSc in a related field, 2025/2026 graduation.
• Strong Excel/Sheets reporting and pivot skills.
• Ambition to grow in MedTech/Healthcare commercial roles.
• Hands-on CRM experience from coursework or internships.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organizational and teamwork capabilities.
• Interest in healthcare technology and mission-driven work.
• Full-time eligibility to work in the Netherlands (AIESEC visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and Clinical teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Manage follow-up tasks after campaigns and allocate responsibilities across the team.
• Support creation of lead scoring models and qualification criteria with sales.
• Map and document end-to-end revenue funnel from first touch to closed deal and identify bottlenecks.
• Own day-to-day CRM hygiene (Zoho One) and data integrity.
• Build dashboards and reports for pipeline visibility, lead flow and campaign performance.
• Track order status, pending POs, and product availability for timely follow-up.
• Identify data gaps and document processes for data entry and governance.
• Support Marketing Ops in email campaigns, KPI tracking, and lead nurturing workflows.
• Assist with event coordination and post-event follow-ups.
• Evaluate RevOps tooling, document SOPs, and support tool integrations.
