Job summary

Sciential, based in Rotterdam, is seeking a Medior Digital Marketing Consultant to lead a portfolio of biotech, medtech and pharma clients. The role combines strategy, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful campaigns.

You will shape digital marketing strategies, coordinate with designers, developers, and ad specialists, and drive client satisfaction while advancing internal delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Life Sciences, Business or Marketing.
• 2 years of digital marketing, project management or consulting experience.
• Experience delivering web development projects with Elementor/WordPress.
• Experience in branding and social media execution.
• Excellent communication, planning and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive mindset with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project lead for biotech, medtech and pharma clients.
• Define and execute digital marketing strategies across channels.
• Coordinate project execution with designers, developers, and ad specialists.
• Ensure campaigns meet objectives and timelines.
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients.
• Continuously improve delivery workflows and client satisfaction.
