Job summary

MRIguidance in Utrecht is hiring a Junior RevOps Specialist. You will own the day‑to‑day CRM (Zoho One), support campaign analytics, and help align marketing and sales funnels to accelerate BoneMRI adoption across Europe and beyond.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, building dashboards and reports, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. The role includes visa sponsorship support via AISEC and strong mentorship from leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field—recently completed or graduating 2025/2026.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; capable of building reports from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) from coursework, internship, or projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to write for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM hygiene (Zoho One) and ensure contacts, accounts, and deals are up to date.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to illuminate pipeline, lead flow, and campaign performance.
• Support marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and lead nurturing workflows to accelerate revenue.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to optimise the revenue funnel.
