Help build the data infrastructure, tooling, and processes that powers our go-to-market engine.
We are looking for an ambitious international MSc graduate to join our commercial team as a Junior RevOps Specialist. Reporting to our CEO and working closely with our Marketing & Communication Manager, you will help build the data infrastructure, tooling, and processes that power our go-to-market engine.
What you tell at birthday parties about your job
“I work at a MedTech scale-up in Utrecht. We make software that removes the need for radiation in bone imaging — pretty cool, right? I’m the person keeping our sales and marketing engine running: the CRM, the dashboards, the pipeline flows. If data flows, deals get done, and patients benefit. My goals is to become a Commercial Specialist”
What you actually will be doing
This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations. You will own the day‑to‑day management of our CRM, support campaign analytics, and help align our marketing and sales funnels — all in service of accelerating BoneMRI adoption across Europe and beyond. We partner with AISEC to facilitate work visa arrangements for eligible international candidates.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth information flow between field and central functions.
- After campaigning, conferences, and other social activities, control the follow‑up process and divide tasks & responsibilities among the team
- Support the creation and maintenance of lead scoring models and qualification criteria in collaboration with the sales team.
- Help map and document the end‑to‑end revenue funnel — from first touch to closed deal — and identify bottlenecks.
CRM & Data Management
- Own the day‑to‑day hygiene and accuracy of our CRM (Zoho One), ensuring contacts, accounts, and deal stages are up to date.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the commercial team clear visibility into pipeline, lead flow, and campaign performance.
- Track and report on order status, pending purchase orders, and product availability for the sales team — ensuring accurate and timely follow‑up.
- Monitor incoming orders and flag exceptions or delays to the relevant commercial or operations stakeholder.
- Identify and resolve data gaps and inconsistencies; document processes for data entry and governance.
Marketing Operations Support
- Support the Marketing & Communication Manager in executing email campaigns, content distribution, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Track and analyse marketing KPIs — MQLs, conversion rates, channel performance — and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Help manage marketing automation sequences (e.g., Zoho One workflows) to improve lead quality and speed‑to‑sales handoff.
- Assist with event coordination, conference preparation, and follow‑up campaigns.
Tooling & Process Improvement
- Evaluate, implement, and optimise RevOps tooling across the marketing and sales stack.
- Document workflows, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to support team scalability.
- Support integrations between marketing, CRM, and reporting tools.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Master’s degree (MSc) in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Information Management, or a related field — recently completed or graduating in 2025/2026.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; comfortable building reports, pivot tables, and tracking models from scratch.
- Ambition to grow into a commercial role in the MedTech / Healthcare
- Some hands‑on experience with a CRM platform (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) — from coursework, internship, or personal projects.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to write clearly for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — able to manage recurring reporting tasks reliably alongside project work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills — comfortable working across sales, marketing, and operations functions.
- Genuine interest in healthcare and technology — you care about the mission, not just the metrics.
- Able to commit full‑time to the role and eligible to work in the Netherlands (or supported via AISEC visa sponsorship).
Preferred
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with data visualisation or reporting tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
- Knowledge of or interest in MedTech, digital health, or B2B SaaS go‑to‑market motions.
- Fluency in Dutch, German, or another European language is a bonus.
- Prior internship experience in a commercial, marketing, or data analytics role.
- Eligible for a Dutch work visa via AISEC (or EU/EEA citizen)
This role is for you if…
You are a recent MSc graduate who gets energised by clean data, well‑oiled processes, and the question: “how do we grow faster?” You are comfortable with ambiguity, eager to learn, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a small but quickly scaling team. You want your work to matter — and you want to look back in two years and say you helped build something.

About MRIguidance
At MRIguidance, we are pioneering radiation‑free bone imaging. Our product, BoneMRI, is an AI‑powered software solution (SaMD) that generates 3D CT‑like bone images from standard MRI scans — eliminating harmful radiation while improving diagnostic and surgical workflows. BoneMRI is CE and FDA cleared, reimbursed in the USA, and in active clinical use across more than 10 countries.
We are a mission‑driven team headquartered in Utrecht, the Netherlands, united by one goal: impacting patient lives with radiation‑free imaging.
Our values
In a growing company, your personal development is encouraged, ensuring that your skills and capabilities evolve alongside the company’s needs. We believe in the power of a collaborative and open-minded team, driven to innovate in medical imaging and deliver a trustworthy product. As a team of caring professionals, we support each other, bring out the best in one another, and work together to impact lives with radiation‑free imaging.
We believe diversity is beneficial for the creativity and the good atmosphere of our company. However, Dutch regulation makes it very complicated for small companies to process a work visa for people from outside the EU. Therefore, all people are welcome to apply, as long as we do not have to arrange a work visa.
