Job summary

Saga is a fast-growing legal-innovation company seeking a Revenue Operations Expert to own HubSpot end-to-end and build reliable, scalable reporting for an international revenue team. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance to unify data and automate processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in RevOps in a B2B SaaS environment, hands-on HubSpot experience, and a pragmatic approach to data quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience; built or redesigned a setup.
• Track record building dashboards and commercial reporting.
• Structured, pragmatic working style and data quality focus.
• Ability to explain systems and data in plain language for non-technical teammates.
• Practical AI fluency; mindful of data privacy and commercial sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot end to end: structure, properties, lifecycle, deal stages, permissions, data quality.
• Build dashboards for pipeline, funnel, and commercial performance with regular leadership reporting.
• Maintain data integrity across companies, contacts, deals and activities.
• Design and maintain workflows and lifecycle automation; ensure integrations HubSpot–Chargebee–PandaDoc.
• Provide visibility into PLG motion: sign-ups, activation, paid conversion, churn; align Sales, CS, Marketing and Finance.
