We use Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twinning to analyze images and their features, particularly defects in common building materials such as concrete, metal, and composite materials. We inspect some of the world's most recognized assets.

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist at Mavisoft, you’ll be stepping into a key role where strategy meets execution. You’ll collaborate with our team to design impactful campaigns, strengthen our brand identity, and play a central part in our growth journey in a fast-paced startup setting.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and eager to take ownership of projects. As a core member of our marketing team, you’ll be expected to bring both fresh ideas and strong execution skills to elevate our marketing efforts.

In this role, you will expand your skills in areas such as campaign strategy and execution, content creation, B2B marketing, digital channel management, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns that engage targeted audiences and build brand awareness.
• Create and publish high-quality online content, including blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and website updates.
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on insights and KPIs.
• Coordinate with other departments to align marketing activities with business objectives
• Take ownership of projects and ensure timely, consistent execution of marketing activities

Required Skills and Abilities

• 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proficient in design and content tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Canva
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Media and Communications, or similar.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
• A strong interest or experience in AI, Maritime Industry, Aviation Industry, etc., will be considered a plus
