Job summary

Adyen is seeking a leader to head an analytics and insights function within Operations, guiding a team of data engineers, analysts, and business analysts to transform data into strategic action. You will partner with senior leaders to frame problems, validate rigor, and drive results at scale.

You will shape performance insights, standardize KPI definitions, and champion AI-driven reporting to accelerate decision making across a 1,000+ person Operations organization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience leading analytics teams.
• Experience managing / growing leaders.
• Strong track record influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to translate data into insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the analytics team with a clear vision and strategic focus.
• Partner with Operations leadership on performance, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Own performance insight and business storytelling with KPI-focused narratives for leadership.
• Define metrics and improve decision quality across teams, projects, and reviews.
• Build scalable insight capabilities through cross-functional collaboration and improved reporting.
