Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Food Europe is seeking an experienced Visibility & Activation Officer for Retail Benelux to coordinate retail visibility and activation tools across the Benelux region. You will translate brand and store standards into impactful POS solutions, from brief through production, deployment, and evaluation, while managing budgets and supplier relations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in retail activation, trade marketing operations, POS production, an agency environment or a comparable project coordination role.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Experience working with budgets, purchase orders, forecasts and invoice follow-up.
• Understanding of POS materials, display production, logistics or inventory management.
• Confident managing suppliers, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Dutch and French.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating retail visibility requirements and activation timelines across the Benelux market.
• Translating customer, shopper and Perfect Store recommendations into visibility solutions.
• Managing permanent and temporary point-of-sale projects from brief to deployment.
• Coordinating agencies and suppliers across quotations, prototypes, production quality, lead times and delivery.
• Partnering with Sales, Field Sales, Customer Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Finance.
• Managing budgets, purchase orders, forecasts and invoice follow-up.
• Monitoring POS inventory, availability, reuse, obsolete stock and write-offs.
• Tracking execution, consolidating field feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Promoting sustainable material choices, reusability and waste reduction.
