Fossil Group, Inc. in the Benelux region seeks a Temporary Trade Marketing Coordinator to implement local activations for Michael Kors & Diesel during a 6‑month contract.

You’ll ensure brand image consistency and align marketing with commercial priorities, serving as the main liaison for local sales teams. Responsibilities include adapting global strategies to the Benelux market, executing activations across Wholesale and Concession channels, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with Visual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Initial experience in a Trade Marketing department.
• Strong organizational, pragmatic, and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and implement global brand strategies through relevant, high-impact local activations across the Benelux region.
• Execute Trade Marketing activations across Wholesale and Concession channels in line with commercial targets and sales goals.
• Ensure brand image consistency and visual execution standards across Wholesale and Concession channels in the region.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs to improve performance, ROI.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for local sales teams, key account managers, and field staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and local stakeholders.
• Support management and monitoring of the Benelux Trade Marketing budget with focus on ROI.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Art Team, and Finance to support regional plans and launches.
