Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve targets and deliver the required consumer experience.
• Manage controllable costs and efficiencies to improve profitability.
• Oversee the sales floor during trading hours and ensure high retail standards.
• Review commercial opportunities and customer feedback to boost sales.
• Lead merchandising and trading plan implementation for peak periods.
• Plan staffing and rotas to meet trading demand.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing, engaged team.
• Ensure Health and Safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Handle employee relations issues in line with policy and fairness.
• Monitor personal performance and maintain a development plan.
• Control cash, stock and security procedures to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, PCI, data protection, and right to work.
