Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is desirable.

• Ability to perform basic maths and handle transactions accurately.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a store setting.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet personal KPIs.
• Support Store Management on standards and back‑of‑house tasks.
• Assist in training and coaching Associates.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards.
• Contribute to overall store performance and customer journey.
