New Balance Netherlands BV is seeking a Store Manager for our Westfield Mall of the Netherlands location in Leidschendam. You will lead a high performing team, oversee store operations, and engage customers with our brand promise from the moment they walk in.

We are looking for a proven leader with retail experience, a passion for customer service, and a strong eye for sales performance, visual standards, and loss prevention. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of loss prevention procedures.
• High awareness of retail KPIs.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive and motivate your team to achieve store targets.
• Lead by example on shop floor and back of house.
• Maintain policies, visual merchandising, stock control and loss prevention.
• Execute the store retail game changer.
• Analyze store performance and adjust to improve productivity.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through elevated service and sales techniques.
• Coordinate rota and store scheduling.
• Manage HR operations for store team.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalation.
• Share feedback with Senior Management.
• Perform other duties as required.
