You will lead by example, drive sales, manage operations, and uphold visual merchandising standards while coaching teammates and ensuring HR policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team on the shop floor to drive performance.
• Support target achievement and store profitability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure brand standards.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations and visual merchandising.
