Job summary

PUMA is seeking a Store Leader in Amsterdam to support the Store Manager in creating a premium destination where sneaker culture, sport, fashion, and community come together. You will inspire consumers through authentic product knowledge, trend awareness, and outstanding service to drive sales performance.

You will coach, motivate, and support the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations and leading during launches and activations when required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership or keyholder experience in retail, ideally sportswear or fashion.
• Experience driving sales performance and achieving KPIs.
• Strong coaching and development skills with hands-on product expertise.

YOUR TALENT

• 1-3 years of leadership, supervisory, or keyholder experience in retail, ideally within sportswear, footwear, fashion, or lifestyle.
• A passion for sneaker culture, streetwear, sport, and contemporary fashion, with a strong understanding of consumer trends.
• Experience driving sales performance, supporting KPI achievement, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others through hands‑on support and product expertise.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach, with confidence in store operations, launches, activations, and leading the store when required.
