Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a dynamic store leader in Amsterdam to run and elevate a premium sneaker culture destination. You will support the Store Manager, coach the team, and ensure outstanding service while driving sales and achieving KPIs.

With 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail, you bring passion for sneakers and fashion, plus a hands-on approach to product knowledge, launches, and activations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and represent PUMA’s brand with energy and integrity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership, supervisory, or keyholder experience in retail.
• A passion for sneaker culture, streetwear, sport, and contemporary fashion, with a strong understanding of consumer trends.
• Experience driving sales performance, supporting KPI achievement, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others through hands-on support and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in creating a premium destination where sneaker culture, sport, fashion, and community come together.
• Inspire consumers through authentic product knowledge, trend awareness, and outstanding service.
• Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPIs and business targets.
• Coach, motivate, and support the team while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, support key launches and activations, and step into store leadership when required.
