Zusammenfassung

SOUS is seeking a Merchant Growth Specialist in Amsterdam to grow restaurant revenue across Uber Eats, Just Eat Takeaway, and direct ordering. You will analyse performance, identify opportunities, and help merchants scale their growth.

You will work closely with Growth and Product teams, turning learnings into repeatable playbooks and lasting merchant relationships. Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 4 years of growth, account management or ecommerce experience.
• Strong understanding of food delivery platforms and their algorithms.
• Analytical with spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Aufgaben

• Audit merchants’ online presence (menus, pricing, photos, listings, reviews).
• Optimize marketplace listings and promotions to lift revenue.
• Encourage direct orders via SOUS Commerce.
• Monitor merchant performance data and act on opportunities.
• Run growth experiments and campaigns for merchant groups.
• Share insights with product team to shape features.
• Collaborate with Merchant Success to build long-term relationships.
