SOUS helps restaurants grow by giving them more visibility and direct ordering options, reducing reliance on marketplaces.

As Merchant Growth Specialist you will dive into each merchant's online performance, identify the biggest opportunities, and help them capture them. What you learn feeds back into our product and playbooks.

You’ll be part of the Growth team, collaborating with Growth Lead, the product team, and Merchant Success to build repeatable growth and long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in growth, account management, marketplace operations or e-commerce.
• Strong, hands-on understanding of food delivery platforms such as Uber Eats and Just Eat Takeaway: how their algorithms, promotions, fees and rankings work
• Analytical and comfortable with data, spreadsheets and dashboards
• A good understanding of how restaurants work and what drives their revenue
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Audit merchants' online presence: menus, pricing, photos, listings and reviews
• Optimise marketplace listings and promotions to lift revenue on delivery platforms
• Help merchants move loyal guests to their own direct ordering channel
• Monitor merchant performance data and act on opportunities and risks
• Run growth experiments and campaigns for merchant groups
• Share insights with the product team to shape new features
• Work with Merchant Success to turn results into long-term customer relationships and success stories
