Job summary

Hawaiian Poké Bowl in Rotterdam is looking for an experienced restaurant manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory and KPIs, and schedule and order workflows with precision. You will guide the team to ensure smooth service and a high standard of quality in every poke bowl.

You will recruit, train and develop a motivated team, uphold HACCP standards, and create an outstanding guest experience. Expect a 38-hour contract, 25 vacation days, commuting allowance, performance bonuses, and

• At least 3 years of hospitality industry experience.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP safety and hygiene standards.
• Passionate about healthy fast food and guest experience.
• Flexible schedule: evenings and weekends.
