Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in the Netherlands is seeking an in-house technician to monitor maintenance services for the building's technical systems and perform repairs. You will assist the maintenance manager with preventive maintenance, oversee equipment, and coordinate external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance and repairs is preferred.
• Ability to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Comfort working with energy and utility controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance manager with day-to-day tasks.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Carry out corrective maintenance in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure permits and contracts are in place.
• Support energy consumption monitoring and cost control.
• Assist in meeting room setup and guest incident resolution.
