Job summary

ITproposal B.V. seeks an experienced ServiceNow BCM/Resilience Developer in Eindhoven to architect and deploy enterprise resilience capabilities across BIA, continuity planning, crisis lifecycle, and disaster recovery within the ServiceNow platform.

You will design automated workflows, build crisis-response templates, and implement CMDB-aligned mappings with risk governance, extending the Crisis Management Workspace and integrating with external alerting systems.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on BCM, IRM, DR and crisis management modules.
• Ability to design enterprise-scale resilience workflows and integrations.
• Experience configuring BIA engines and resilience workflows.
• Familiarity with CMDB-aligned mapping and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect resilience governance and deploy ServiceNow BCM components.
• Map infrastructure to vulnerabilities and create resilience blueprints.
• Build threshold boundaries and crisis containment measures.
• Develop automated continuity workflows and crisis checklists.
• Integrate BCM with IRM, DR, and external alerting systems.
