Job summary

Greystar Netherlands seeks a Property Operations Intern to join our on-site team. You’ll support residents, assist with leasing activities, and help execute community events across our portfolio of residential properties.

You’ll start days around 08:30, greet residents at the service desk, give tours of facilities, check studios or apartments, answer calls, and brainstorm ideas for next month’s events with the team. A fun, energetic environment awaits.

Qualifications

• You are eager and curious to learn all aspects of the property, have strong communication skills, and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist with key handover at the service desk.
• Provide tours of facilities and inspect studios/apartments.
• Answer resident inquiries and support event planning for upcoming monthly activities.
