Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Property Operations Intern to join our on-site team in the Netherlands. You will support resident services, leasing coordination and events to enhance occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role offers hands-on experience in community management, a trainee allowance and opportunities to grow with an international real estate platform. You will interact with residents, assist maintenance teams, and help run community activities from welcome tours to monthly

Qualifications

• Able to collaborate with maintenance and service teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Your day starts with a property check and resident interactions, including a warm welcome, facility tour and unit inspections.
• Answer incoming calls and assist residents at the service desk, ensuring high satisfaction and timely responses; participate in monthly events planning.
