Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company opens a new 5* hotel in Rotterdam and seeks a Reservations Agent to manage individual and group bookings through phone, email and online channels. You will ensure accurate data entry, correct room allocation and proactive follow-up, while delivering detailed information on rates, availability, and facilities.

Fluent in English and Dutch; Spanish is highly valued. Experience with PMS and reservation systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Reservations Agent or in Front Office roles.
• Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; Spanish is highly valued.
• Knowledge of PMS and reservation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing individual and group reservations via phone, email and online channels.
• Ensuring accurate data entry, room allocation and follow-up.
• Providing rates, availability, services and hotel facilities information.
• Handling modifications, cancellations and special requests.
• Coordinating with Front Office, Revenue Management and Sales to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Assisting in creating reservation procedures for the hotel opening.
• Maintaining reservation records and supporting reporting tasks.
