Eurostars Hotel Company opens a new 5* hotel in Rotterdam and seeks a Reservations Agent to manage individual and group bookings through phone, email and online channels. You will ensure accurate data entry, correct room allocation and proactive follow-up, while delivering detailed information on rates, availability, and facilities.

Fluent in English and Dutch; Spanish is highly valued. Experience with PMS and reservation systems is a plus.

We are looking for a Reservations Agent / Reserveringsagent to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

What will you be responsible for?

Managing individual and group reservations through phone, email, and online channels.

Ensuring accurate data entry, room allocation, and reservation follow‑up.

Providing detailed information about rates, availability, services, and hotel facilities.

Handling modifications, cancellations, and special requests.

Coordinating with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Sales to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Assisting in the creation and implementation of reservation procedures for the hotel opening.

Ensuring compliance with brand standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Supporting reporting tasks and maintaining reservation records.

What are we looking for?
