Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company is opening a new 5* hotel in Rotterdam, and we are seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to join the opening team. You will support the F&B Manager, oversee restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations, and help recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory. Experience in hotel openings is highly valued, as you will contribute to cost-control, inventory, and guest satisfaction while working under pressure in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant F&B Manager, Head Waiter, or similar role.
• Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager in opening and setting up the department.
• Supervise daily operations in restaurant, bar, and banqueting.
• Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost-control processes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve service issues.
• Coordinate with kitchen and events teams.
• Contribute to upselling initiatives and service improvements.
