Job summary

Hotel ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport zoekt een gastvrije reservatie medewerker die telefonisch en per e-mail boekingen beheert. Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt dat elke reservering een positieve ervaring oplevert.

Je bent servicegericht, communicatief sterk en comfortabel met zowel individuele als groepsreserveringen. Een flexibele werkweek, proactieve leerhouding en de mogelijkheid om door te groeien zijn onderdeel van deze rol.

Qualifications

• Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en goede kennis van Engels.
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en gastgerichtheid.
• Bereid om te leren en proactief te werken.

Responsibilities

• Beheer individuele en groepsreserveringen met aandacht voor detail.
• Informeer gasten over opties en zet telefoongesprekken om in een positieve ervaring.
• Zorg voor een vriendelijke, professionele klantenservice en ontvang gasten op correcte wijze.

As the first friendly voice our guests and clients hear, you'll be the heart of our reservation desk. You manage both individual and group bookings with care and precision - but that's not all.
