Job summary

Anotech is expanding its Netherlands presence and seeks a Business Manager to lead new business development. You will build a pipeline across Renewable Energies, focusing on mega-projects, and drive early engagement in the project lifecycle to secure long-term, high-volume subcontracting services.

You will manage the full sales cycle, identify required technical expertise, and mobilize project delivery teams while owning the P&L for your activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a business development/sales role in technical consulting.
• Experience with mega-projects above €500M is a strong asset.
• Mandatory Dutch (C2) and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Build your pipeline across Renewable Energies and mega-projects (≥€500M).
• Identify prospects, qualify leads, secure meetings, and win new accounts in the Netherlands.
• Lead proposals and tender documentation for large-scale project packages.
• Own P&L for your activity and drive profitability and growth.
