Jobgether SRL is seeking a Software Craftsperson/Typescript-II based in the Netherlands for a fully remote role. You’ll own software initiatives end-to-end, delivering scalable backend systems and AI-powered features using TypeScript and agentic workflows.

Candidates should have 3–6 years of production software experience, strong design skills, and a track record with CI/CD, TDD, and collaborative delivery. The role emphasizes responsible AI, mentoring, and continuous learning.

• This role requires 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Hands-on production-grade TypeScript development experience is essential.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows is highly valued.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude or similar ecosystems and related tooling is expected.
• Strong system design, testing, and modern engineering practices are required.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex software initiatives end to end from design to production readiness.
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs using TypeScript and craftsmanship principles.
• Design features balancing scope, quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop AI-powered applications and workflows with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and distributed teams to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Mentor peers and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
