Kim Luxe Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Assistant to support clients as they plan, book, and experience trips from home. You will guide travelers, handle requests, and ensure clients feel supported at every step of their journey.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, have customer service experience, and are highly organized. This role is fully remote, requiring independence, quick learning, and enthusiasm for travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or support roles preferred.

• Able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Support travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide guidance on destinations, requirements, and agency processes.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively reach out to clients as needed.
• Address questions professionally to ensure a positive experience.
