Job summary

Kim Luxe Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Assistance professional to support clients planning, preparing for, and enjoying their trips from home. You will provide guidance, handle travel-related requests, and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.

In this 100% remote role, you will assist clients via email, phone, and messaging; support reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests; and offer clear guidance on destinations and agency processes.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or support roles preferred).
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to booking systems and digital tools.
Enthusiastic about travel and helping others travel with confidence.

Responsibilities

Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Support travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests.
Provide clear guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
Monitor upcoming trips and proactively reach out to clients when needed.
