Qualifications
- Must-have Python experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or similar.
- Experience with SQL and Git.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing mindset.
- Fluent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work directly with customers on implementations and adoption.
- Deliver technical guidance and training sessions.
- Troubleshoot Python-based applications and cloud environments.
- Automate recurring issues and improve support processes.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants and customers.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients.
