Job summary

Xsens Technologies is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Support Representative to back our Sales team in the industrial sensor market. You will interact with customers, support Account Executives, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth order processing.

The role emphasizes administration, CRM accuracy, and collaboration with Engineering, with opportunities to explore automation and AI tools for sales improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Commercial or related field.
• 1+ year of inside sales or sales support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
• Accurate administration skills including data entry, database hygiene and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with customer enquiries, opportunities, quotations and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations and sales documentation; coordinate customer requests.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate information across Sales and Engineering.
• Manage orders, RMAs and product loaner pool and document information accurately.
