• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop software engineers through structured growth plans.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage team performance, KPIs, delivery health, and roadmap execution.
• Identify and remove delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Drive recruitment activities and workforce planning.
• Own services and applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Improve operational excellence through monitoring, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
• Champion engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Guide technical and architectural decision making.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product and Engineering to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Establish and improve engineering processes, standards, and workflows.
