For a fast-growing technology company in the energy and data analytics space, we are looking for a Technical Consultant / Customer Support Engineer who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with customer interaction.
This is not a traditional support role. Think of it more as a customer-facing developer position where you help customers get the most out of a complex SaaS platform, solve technical challenges and contribute to implementations. A natural next step could be towards Technical Consultant or Solution Engineering.
You will become the technical point of contact for international customers, supporting them on challenging issues within a cloud-based data platform. You will investigate incidents, troubleshoot environments, support implementations and help customers through training and consultancy.
The team is fully remote, highly autonomous and values initiative. There is no micromanagement and no predefined playbook for every problem. You're expected to take ownership, dive into technical challenges and figure out the best solution.
This role is ideal for a developer with strong communication skills or a technical support professional with development experience. You'll work on real technical challenges, interact directly with customers and operate at the intersection of software engineering, consulting and support.
A great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, customer interaction and the freedom to solve problems independently.
