Job summary

Medtronic plc, based in Heerlen, Netherlands, is seeking a Commercial Training Specialist to design and deliver technical product and selling skills training for the ENT Sales organization across Western Europe. You will work with commercial, clinical, regulatory and other teams to ensure colleagues can effectively represent, demonstrate and teach our products.

The role requires 3+ years of training experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple regional projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering technical, clinical or sales training.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Collaborative with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in medical device training.
• Familiarity with Totara LMS is a plus.
• Experience supporting training across multiple countries is advantageous.
• Education at least a High School Diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver technical product and selling skills training for the ENT Sales organisation.
• Assess training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Develop engaging, learner-centred training content using adult learning principles.
• Keep curricula up to date with new technologies, clinical practices, priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Manage training programmes and learner data in Totara LMS; track progress and improve content.
• Plan and coordinate training events and logistics across regions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory and Legal stakeholders.
• Lead training projects, manage priorities and budgets; seek learning innovations.
