Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Commercial Training Specialist to design and deliver technical product and selling skills training for the ENT Sales organisation in Western Europe. You will collaborate with commercial, clinical, regulatory and other teams to ensure colleagues can effectively demonstrate and teach the use of our products.

You will develop engaging learning content, align curricula with new technologies and regulatory requirements, and manage training programs and learner data in Totara

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, developing and delivering technical, clinical or sales training programmes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Collaborative and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Clear, engaging, learner-focused training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver technical product and selling skills training for the ENT Sales organisation, including onboarding for new hires.
• Assess training needs and identify knowledge gaps to create targeted learning solutions.
• Develop engaging, learner-centred training content with SMEs and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain curricula and materials to reflect new technologies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage training programmes and learner data within the Totara LMS including reporting.
• Plan and coordinate training events, logistics, and feedback using event management tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory and Legal teams to meet business needs.
• Lead training-related projects, manage priorities and budgets to improve learning effectiveness.
