Qualifications

• Sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or pharma.
• Proven ability to build relationships, resilient and results-driven.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, familiar with OR protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales in your territory to grow and expand ENT adoption.
• Build partnerships with surgeons, physicians and hospital staff to meet needs.
• Demonstrate and support ENT products during procedures and in-procedure education.
• Identify new sales opportunities and increase market share for ENT portfolio.
• Be a trusted resource in the OR with technical product knowledge.
• Maintain records of sales activities, forecasts, and expenses.
• Collaborate with a high-performing, innovative team to improve patient outcomes.
